Hi,
I’m Rhiannon. I am a Psychologist, the owner and founder of Enlightened Parenthood and mum of two beautiful boys and a precious little girl.
I am blessed to have an encouraging and supportive husband to share our parenthood journey with.
Before becoming a parent I worked in the corporate world as a Psychologist for 10 years helping people through their work-life transitions and cope with the demands of work.
But after having my first baby my whole world shifted. My focus, goals, values, relationships and even identity changed.
This is huge as no one told me it would happen.
Through my own parenthood journey and research I was shocked to find very little support for parents to cope with the typical transitions that we all go through.
I am honoured to facilitate the Becoming Us courses as they fill a huge gap for parents. It sets parents up to succeed through realistic expectations paired with evidence-based strategies to help them thrive and strengthen their relationship.
I also love these programs as it respectfully supports and encourages both parents. Dads/ partners play a
vital role in our families and Becoming Us as a relationship based program brings this to the forefront.
My work focused on parents’ well-being and nurturing them to raise themselves as they go about raising their family. While it feels like everyone wants to hold the baby, I’m here to hold the parents.
I am based in Brisbane and work with parents throughout the Brisbane metro area in person. I am also available to support parents’ interstate online.
