Our Becoming Us Intensives include two self-paced sessions followed by one live zoom session per week.
You can choose to one level at a time and spread them out, or do all three levels consecutively.
Level I is two weeks. Level II is four weeks. Level III is also two weeks.
All three levels consecutively runs for 8 weeks, with a catch up break in the middle.
The 8-week intensives run only three times per year and spaces are limited.
